The Company was founded by Gemma Phillips, an experienced Executive Assistant, whose career over the last 15 years has been based within large successful, fast paced organisations such as Local Government, NHS and the Private Sector.
Gemma started out as a Legal Secretary before further developing as a Commercial Assistant, and later into Personal Assistant. Over the last few years Gemma has worked as an Senior Executive PA supporting various business leaders at CEO, Board, NED and Senior Management level, before taking the ambitious stride to become a business owner and create Instant Assistant.
Instant Assistant is based in Staffordshire but offers virtual assistant services and support throughout the UK and worldwide.
